Prukalpa Sankar
Prukalpa Sankar is an Indian data and AI entrepreneur and the co-founder and co-CEO of Atlan. She has spent more than a decade building data companies, first through SocialCops and later through Atlan, which focuses on enterprise data context, governance and AI readiness. Before Atlan, Prukalpa and her team worked on complex data projects for organisations including governments and global development institutions. The recurring problem was not access to data, but the loss of context as data moved between people and tools. That insight became the foundation for Atlan, launched publicly as a collaborative context layer for data and later expanded for enterprise AI.
