Adrian Schmidt
Adrian Schmidt is an aerospace and mobility entrepreneur and the co-founder and CEO of Sarla Aviation. Before starting the company in Bengaluru, he worked in electric aviation at Lilium in Germany and earlier built experience in transportation design and mobility. Adrian co-founded Sarla Aviation after working in Europe’s eVTOL industry and seeing the potential for electric air mobility to solve severe urban congestion in India. The company is building electric flying taxis for airport transfers, city mobility and emergency medical transport, with a focus on affordability and Indian manufacturing.
